Today, former Chairman of the FCC, Michael Powell, brought the Digital Pathway movement to the National Black Caucus of State Legislators. The event was captured on CSPAN, and the legislators welcomed Mr. Powell with open arms. He was engaging and endearing, and Mr. Powell was welcomed by legislators interested in find new ways to reach their constituents.
